Everette Cottage

This 1940s cottage in the Village of Pinehurst underwent a beautiful transformation in 2012.  A new gable with an arched window added much needed character and a curved planter wall created outdoor living space while enhancing the curb appeal. A 1,400 sf addition incorporated a new kitchen, family room, guest bedrooms and porches. Vaulted ceilings were added in the living room and kitchen and were finished with reclaimed wood to provide cottage charm that looks original to the house.

The backyard incorporates both bocce and a wood-fired pizza oven. A water feature, inspired by the Swilcan Bridge stream at St. Andrews, curves its way through the lawn to create a tranquil retreat.
